The Staff recommends - Sâray

It is not always easy to decide what to pick from our menu. Hence we would like to present some of the favourites of our own staff. 

Sâray has been a part of the staff of the Golden Aurora for years now. 
When she started to work as a waitress she was a mere seventeen years old. 
Our guests value her calm and friendly nature. 

For a three course menu she recommends the followign selection: 

Wild Mushrooms
Luilris fungus, Sautéed with garlic butter & topped with spicy bread crumbs. Served with thin flat bread.

Choya dough-dumplings
 Dumplings pan-seared in garlic herb butter with baby dust-corn, roasted tomatoes & cheese. Served with a side of your choice. Meat additives available upon request and will incur additional cost.
Sides: Ale Battered and Fried Tockberry Rings; Crisp Green Salad with Spicy Cream Dressing

Golden Aurora's Signature Tiramisu
Served with caf

We recommend Alderaanian White with the first two courses of Sâray's menu.
